No removable liner. Can't take out the pads. Very thick and not versatile. It wouldn't be a bad jacket if you rode in the cold all the time. I returned it.

Have not yet used it couse I bought it for a trip to Europa but @ the moment is sitting in the closet .From the looks of it fell seems to be a very good Jacket yet a bit heavier than the ones I was used to .
