Nice vest, fits well, and it's meshy, so you're not gonna overheat on hot summer days.Where this vest fails, though, is what's supposed to be the main gimmick: The pocket that holds your ID. It's supposed to make it so that you don't have to worry about fiddling with your ID at the gate when the gate guards check your credentials.Problem is that the pocket is gigantic. And there's a huge (about .5" or so, maybe more) spot on the bottom of the pocket to let the ID fall into it just a bit more. This essentially cuts your ID in half, and you have to take it out anyway.All in all, I can't really recommend this vest. The Navy only RECOMMENDS that you wear bright clothing, and REQUIRES reflective material after daylight hours... but you could get that with some 3M reflective tape.
