Cannont be worn alone. Must be underneath a winter jacket. Has Hi-med-low-extralow settings (just leave on hi)This would actually work better if it fits snug. I feel warmest when i lean on my gas tank as the jacket presses agains my abs and heats them up. Consider wearing a shirt over top of it to snug it.This is my 1st heated jacket. So i cant compare really in performance...Here are my highlighted experiences with this jacket~55mph 24F-Body not cold nor warm, yet core temp drops, feet and fingers get cold (possible limit of jacket? with out highly advanced winter jacket + layers?) I had a underarmour baselayer and a down jack on in addition to this.~55mph 30F+ Warm, cold? What cold! I was relatively flat here, not cold and not warm.~55mph temperature > 30F++ Can actually start to feel warmth so long as jacket is snugJacket has two pockets on it, but using them makes you feel weird depending on whats inside the pocket EX: My wallet = WEIRD/bulkyPockets have zippers for securityCable hooks up on the bottom-front left.Cable can be detached and zipped up inside a special pocket just for its cables.~used for over 4 months now
