First of all, as far as wanting to be as "visible" as possible on the bike...this jacket nails it! I get comments all the time about how bright it is. It is also extremely adjustable and works well for larger body types as too. They tend to run huge so consider getting a size smaller than you normally would. It is plenty warm! I have ridden with it for a month now - almost every day - and the temps when I have left the house have been as low as 37 degrees and I was still quite comfortable. I'm sure it would be good for temps down to about 30 degrees (f). Maybe more since I didn't really have layers underneath. With layers of good under-stuff, you could probably see 20 or 25 degrees with no problem.With the liner out, my guess is you could ride in temps up to about 80 degrees without being totally miserable. I have hit about 78 degrees so far and if your moving, it's not too bad. I am the kind of rider who always wears protection, (jacket, gloves, helmet, boots, etc.) no matter how hot it is. Road rash hurts!!!I will be purchasing a Firstgear mesh jacket when summer rolls around based on the quality of the product.

Well made. Good functional design. The tall size worked well for me. It looks like it will last a long time.
