Product Description
Waterproof zippered 3-position shoulder vents combine with chest vents, sleeve vents, rear exit vents and the Pipeline Ventilation System to provide maximum flow-through ventilation. Phoslite® black reflective piping and wide strips across the back, Phoslite® material panels and Tour Master's signature reflective rear triangle increase nighttime visibility. The fleece lined collar and cuffs are soft, yet durable. Adjustable sleeve take-up straps at the forearm and bicep help to secure elbow armor and material. Removable, CE approved armor at the elbow and shoulder with an articulated triple density back protector. Tour Master's removable liner features warming 80g 3M® Thinsulate® insulation. Vertical zippered chest map pockets, zippered hand warmer pockets with flap closure bellows pockets, internal media pocket and a dual zippered fanny pack. Adjustable waist belts with TPR pulls help to fine tune the fit. Includes a jacket/pant zipper attachment with the pant side included.

Not only were these jackets not designed properly, Tourmaster's vaunted customer service is failing too.The jacket has a vent on each sleeve. The bottom of that vent is not sealed. The result is that it acts exactly like a funnel to channel all the water on the outside of the sleeve inside the sleeve. In other words, the "waterproof" jacket is anything but.Sending the jacket back to Tourmaster has also been an interesting challenge. They tested the jacket, decided that it did, indeed, leak, and proceeded to issue a replacement, or so the story goes. At this point, I've been without a jacket for four weeks because "they are replacing so many of these that they can't get them out fast enough."Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that the zipper holding the hoodie broke the first time I used it.I'd go elsewhere for a jacket.

Comfortable and well made motorcycle jacket. Fits as stated, good armor, lost of shoulder room, excellent quality. Highly recommended from an experienced rider

By Wizkid
This is an extraordinarily high-quality jacket made of top-notch materials with tremendous features and excellent design. The material is heavy-duty, the zippers and velcro closures very high quality. It has numerous pockets, all in the right place. The fit is also excellent, snug but comfortable. The version I have is slightly different from the one pictured, having button closures in the center over the zipper (perhaps mine is last years' model?). I actually prefer these buttons, because they allow me to leave the jacket almost completely open (closed by only one button) in very hot weather, so the airflow is very good. Speaking of which, there are numerous vents (some of which double as pockets), including ingenious shoulder vents, which provide excellent airflow in hot weather and whcih close up with zippers and then velcro in cold weather. I have worn this jacket with the liner in temperatures in the high thirties very comfortably and in the eighties also comfortably. It is truly excellent at both extremes. (If the weather became extremely hot, in the nineties or hundreds, it might be a bit much, since the jacket is heavy.) I also love the color, which together with my hi-vis helmet, makes it harder for drivers not to see me (though of course it is still possible for texting-while-driving idiots to miss me altogether). I got this jacket at about $130 (again perhaps because it was last year's model?), and at that price it was amazing. I would recommend it even at fifty dollars more.
